Middle School Tutor for Language Arts, Math, and Science: Syracuse Arts Academy is now accepting applications for a part-time tutor to help Middle school students learn English, Math, and Science. The position will be for approximately 6 hours/day. The selected applicant will be expected to be present in the classroom in order to hear the instruction and then support 7-8 students during the independent work time. These classes have 32 students in them. Qualified applicants will need to pass a competency exam in algebra, language arts, and integrated science administered by the school, prior to beginning tutoring instruction. Elementary Tutor and Recess Monitor: Syracuse Arts Academy is now accepting applications for a part-time Elementary tutor to help students with their lessons during their independent work time. The selected applicant will be expected to be present in the classroom in order to hear the instruction and then support 7-8 students during the independent work time. The selected candidate may also be asked to help monitor recess duty. Part-time Kitchen Assistant Syracuse Arts Academy, a well established charter school located in Syracuse, Utah, is now accepting applications for a part-time Kitchen Aide. Position will work between 3 and 5 hours a day during the lunch hour, 3 to 5 days a week up to a maximum of 29 hours a week. Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds and have a current food handlers permit.
